Family day cooking with kids

I love it when the kids ask to help me cook we made family day treats together and i got help making dinner it was nice now time to relax and watch family movies and play games with the girls had the best family day ever

Shortbread cookies

1 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups flour

Preheat oven to 350

Cream the butter and sugar untill fluffy stir in vanilla

Add flour and mix well place on

Floured surface using rolling pin roll out flat cut out shapes prick cookies with a fork 

And bake for 10-12 minutes

Let cool and decorate very easy to make and lots of fun to make with kids my girls especially love the decorating part

Easy apple fritter recipe

1 cup of sifted all purpose flour

1/4 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 cup milk

1 egg

1 cup finely chopped apple

1/2 cup confection sugar sifted

Deep fry at 375 for about 2-3

Minutes let cool and glaze mix confection sugar and cold water to make glaze

Girl dates

Im a mom me and my partner have a joined family all together we have four beautiful girls and sometimes its hard to spread attention evenly so every month i take one of the girls out for some one on one time a little mommy daughter time we go out for lunch of their choice and we shop its fun i love spending time with them i took out our second oldest this time she wanted taco bell yum! we had doritos loco taco big box meals and she  got a nice pair of shoes !

Spicy burger

These tasty spicy burgers will be a hit with any spice lover

• 3/4 cup ketchup 
• 1/4 cup franks red hot sauce 
•  Ground beef 

Mix in 1/4 cup of that spicy ketchup into the beef and shape into patties grill them up top them with remaining spicy ketchup
